Returns

The products you ordered have a 14-day exchange and return policy. Custom-ordered products do not have a right of cancellation. The returned product must be absolutely unused and its packaging in saleable condition. When returning a product, you pay for the postage yourself.

When returning products, the customer must ensure they are well packaged. The customer is responsible for the packaging/products until we receive them. Keep your delivery receipt and tracking number (if any). The customer may partially or completely lose the purchase amount. This happens if the product is in poor condition or damaged, and the customer is responsible for it. To expedite our process, include your account number and the possible reason for the return (e.g., broken product, wrong size, etc.). Consumers are requested to make a return notification by email to hannah@hoijar.fi before returning the product.

Custom-ordered products do not have a right of cancellation (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16, Subsection 3) - Custom-ordered products can only be returned if the product is defective.
